The application process involves the following:

  1. Applicant registers (on website or rentpay mobile app)
  2. Applicant complete profile
  3. Applicant start new application(external property or pdb property - must click on apply button for any property on the website),
  4. Applicant Guarantor signs guarantor form from the the link sent to guarantor email.
  5. Applicant pays application processing fee (Guarantor must accept application before payment can be done)
  6. Applicant download the terms and condition( from the web portal or sent to tenant email as attachment), applicant then signs and uplaods the tenancy agreement in mobile app or web portal.
  7. Applicant pays 3 months initial deposit after rent pay create tenancy for applicant. (from mobile app or web portal).
  8. Applicant receives email notification 3 days prior next rent bill payment.
  9. Applicant enters VISA card details for auto debit. (If tenant wants auto debit)
  10. Applicant pays rent bill every month from mobile app or web portal.
  11. Applicant receives email notifications if rent bill is not done on time

You will need the following documents

  • An ID Card, (Voters, National ID, Passport or Driver License)
  • A bank Statement
  • An employent letter if employed
  • An employor mandate if employed
